Device Configuration

Cooking pool, dewatering machine, hoist,  low temperature oven, screw feeder, tablet press, air conveyor high temperature oven, cooling conveyor, packaging.

Process composition

1.  Cooking: high temperature softening 80-100C cooking, softening the wheat grains, removing small impurities and sterilizing. 

2,  dehydration: dehydration must be sufficient, professional custom dehydration technology equipment.

3,  low temperature drying: to prevent the cereal into the tablet machine adhesion.

4,  granulation tablet: using a roller tablet press, mechanical compression, does not produce any chemical changes, retaining the original wheat flavor.

    The machine has strong stability, and easy control is beneficial to achieve the purpose of controlling the color,  fragrance and taste of the original film.

    The key to the operation is to coordinate the relationship between speed and production volume. This process is a key process in the production of the original film.

5, high temperature oven: drying the original film, extending the shelf life. The key process makes the product rich in nutrients, fresh in taste and convenient to eat. It can be used for drinking with 1; 12 warm water.

6.  Cooling delivery:  Cool the oatmeal for easy packaging.
