Molding Machine for coin shape oatmeal chocolate bar ,,small wheat chocolate
1. It uses PLC touch screen control, automatic frequency speed control.
2. Human-machine operation interface (touch screen), material situation detection and overload protection. It automatic security alarms and shows on the screen if there appears bad condition.
3. Production storage is programmed, different colors of chocolate and products can be changed in 15 minutes. Easy operation and it runs more stably with recipe.
4. Heating system is separated from control system. If there is interruption of power supply in the control system, the heating system can guarantee chocolate constant temperature, prolonging the life of control system.
5. It can mix chocolate or jam and nutlets, fruits, frumentum or other granular foods. The forming shape is diversified and can be made according to customer’s requirements.
6. It uses 2 sets of high precision cam rotor pump continuously mixing materials. The burdening system and high precision cam rotor pump can guarantee machine more stable when producing and mixing.
7. In the process of production, the mixing materials can be detected by sensor. The frequency converter can realize the function of material supplement. The production process is controlled by a sensor, no need stop the machine.
8. All the machine is made of stainless steel and use special fitting such as SMC magnetic rodless pneumatic cylinder. It can correspond to the requirement of food sanitation.
9. We use imported technology, and continuously improve equipment by the process of after sale service to our clients and according to commissioning report. We can make it according to customer’s requirements, on the basis of the original equipment, adding a set of materials transfer system and a set of chocolate transfer system, which makes the finished products more diverse.
