Hard candy production line has the following steps:

1. sugar cooking -2.sugar cooling -3.sugar rolling-4.sugar pulling -5.candy forming and cutting-6.candy cooling and packing, etc.

According to diffferent forming and cutting machine, it can produce both twist -cutting color candy (like Australian fruit candy) and puching die candy (like Alps hard candy ), and can also produce ball shape candy like lollipop, etc.

2. Working principle of hard candy production line

According to hard candy production technology, this production line mainly consists of the following machines:

1. sugar cooking port 2.sugar cooling table 3. heat insulation roller 4. candy pulling machine 5. candy twist-cutting machine or die-forming machine 6. 3-layer cooling sieving machine

1.sugar cooking pot

this machine can melt sugar into paste. also suitable for other food processing like meat paste, chilli sauce,etc. you can choose heating by electric or gas, automatic discharging function, etc. according to different capacity, the pot volume is differeent.

2.sugar cooling table

After melting from the cooking pot, steep sugar are of high temperature. before making candy, we should put it onto the cooling table to get cold. It is made of full stainless steel material, food grade, very safe and healthy.

3. heat Insulation rolling machine

heat-preserving rolling machine mainly consists of wheel box, tumbling box, riser and electrical appliance-controlling system. It is used to preserve the heat of the soft and solid syrup which has been boiled and cooled to 60-70℃, and then roll and temper these syrup. Finally it produces soft candy strips and sends them to the strip-equilibrating machine.

after cooling from the table, this machine is to make the steep sugar into strip.

4. candy pulling machine

this machine is also called strip-equilibrating machine, mainly consists of strip-equilibrating groupware, electrical appliance- controlling system, etc. It is used to symmetrically draw the candy strips. Cooperating with other shaping machines, it can produce strip and other designs of candy.

5. candy forming and cutting machine

different final hard candy, different forming cutting machine. so we have 2 type candy forming and cutting machine: strip-twisting cutting machine, punch die forming machine

strip-twisting and cutting machine mainly consists of strap groupware, cutting groupware, electrical appliance-controlling system, etc. It is used to twist, roll and convert the candy strip, and make the candy surface produce twist strips and use the knife to cut them as required. see picture below:

punch die candy forming machine has higher capacity, it mainly consists of control panel, forming mold, etc. more suitable for candy with curved surface. according to candy different shapes and sizes, we can customize the mold and the punch die quantity as you need.

6. 3-layer cooling sieving machine

This machine can be used after candy forming equipment, with vibration and air fun, it can make newly produced candy cooling without distortion and blocking . thus guarantee high quality of final candy.
