Machine for coating chocolate unit composed by BY coating systems, chocolate Sprayer system and air cooling system,pipes systems and specical chocolate pumps and tanks.(with temperature insoluation layer)

 

our main function of machine for coating chocolate is spray the chocolate slurry on variety of different shapes of nuts,snacks(we call it nuts in in this whole manual) in the chocolate coating pan under the pump pressure through the insulation pipes.The chocolate slurry can be coating evenly on the nuts because the coating pan rotate and rotate.

 

then the cool air offered by cool air system blow in to solidified the chocolate slurry rapidly, after several repeated spraying, mixing, and solidifying ,there will form chocolate layer on the nuts in machine for coating chocolate.

 

then you can adjusted the rotate speed to make it rotate faster to polish the nuts ,and you can also spraying edible color on the nuts to get shining colorful nuts
