Characteristics:
1. PLC touch screen control, automatic frequency conversion speed regulation.
2. If something goes wrong, it will automatically display the alarm and display it on the screen.
3. Production storage has been programmed. The different colors of chocolate and products can be changed in 15 minutes. The operation is simple and the formula is more stable.
4. The heating system is separated from the control system. If the power supply of the control system is interrupted, the heating system can ensure the constant temperature of chocolate and prolong the service life of the control system.
5. It can mix chocolate or jam with nuts, fruits, jellies or other granular foods. Shape diversification, can be produced according to customer requirements.
6. Two sets of continuous stirring materials for high precision cam rotor pump are used. Batching system and high precision cam rotor pump can ensure that the machine is more stable in production and mixing.
7. In the production process, the mixed material can be detected by sensors. Frequency converter can realize feeding function. The production process is controlled by sensors without shutdown.
8. All machines are made of stainless steel and special parts such as SMC non-magnetic cylinder are used. It can meet the requirements of food hygiene.
9. We can add a set of material transfer system and a set of chocolate transfer system on the basis of the original equipment according to the requirements of customers, so as to make the finished products more diversified.
10. The whole machine includes baking die, mixing and forming section, cooling section and packaging section.
