HTL-100 CE bakery gas oven is a rotating oven. It has a unique backing chamber and one unit baking trolley. The baking trolley is demountable, which installation requires short time.
The particular folding system and the special combination of its parts optimize the functioning and cut down the loss of heat. SH-100 CE bakery gas oven is suited for backing different types of bread, cookie, cake, pastry and other baking products, whether small or middle size.
Bakery gas oven functions diesel or gas, by using appropriate burners, or with electric power. The air is heated in a proper heat exchanger with a heat resistant surface that allows a big terminal exchange.
This HTL-100 CE bakery gas oven has independent high-yielding steam devices to allow several consecutive baking with steam.
