Reg: the warranty

The warranty period is one year. The warranty given does not cover the abnormal working conditions caused by the improper operation, custody, and maintenance of the equipments or any other faults of the Buyer, the consignee or the ultimate user, and/or their employees, agents or sub-contractors, under which case the Seller may, upon the request of the Buyer and subject to the payment of costs by the Buyer and reparability of the equipments, repair or supply replacement parts or in any other ways to restore the working condition of the equipment.

Reg: service

After the machines will be ready in buyer’s factory, if buyers need our assistance, we will send one to two technicians to their factory to install and adjust machines and teach buyer’s workers how to operate the machine. Generally it takes two technicians 7-10 days to finish these, if the buyer’s prepare will be enough.

The buyer should pay the return tickets and meal and accommodation of our technicians. Also the buyer should pay $100 per day to each technician.
